Steve Nelson
Steve has over 30 years of experience in designing, selling, and managing residential construction projects. He began his career in the resort community of Palm Springs, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with innovative architects, designers, and builders who were exploring the boundaries of modern and midcentury construction. This formative experience led him to the Central Coast, where he pursued his passion for Architecture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Throughout his career, Steve has held various roles, including CEO, Regional Director, Architectural Designer Engineer, Interior Designer, Production Manager, Business Developer, Quality Control Supervisor, Sales Account Executive, Customer Service Manager, Construction Consultant, Board President, and Artist. This diverse array of experience enables him to effectively lead a team of talented engineers, utilizing his extensive practical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and innate design sensibility in his daily work.

Adam Wardian
Adam is a unique individual with a strong background in computer engineering and technical services. He leads our remote team of specialists with a keen understanding and knowledge of the complexities that come with 3D model building and visualization. His mastery of technology and natural ability to work well with others makes him a trusted resource for the entire team & clientele. What drives his passion is seeing a design come to life & creating a space that our clients will love for a lifetime. He takes pride in his ability to solve complex issues, while maintaining an eye-catching design.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Samuel Harman
Samuel joined CADberry with a solid foundation in drafting and construction documentation for residential permitting, while concurrently pursuing a degree in Construction Management. He possesses a unique combination of expertise in construction drafting and proficiency in 3D modeling and technology. Additionally, Samuel is a dependable self-starter with a positive demeanor, contributing significantly to enhancing the productivity of the often-challenging permitting process.
In his leisure time, Samuel enjoys exploring the outdoors, working out at the gym, gaming, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Thomas Nonnemaker
Thomas is a skilled IT specialist with a growing foundation in architectural drafting and design. With a strong background in computer systems and technical problem-solving, he brings efficiency and adaptability to the team. As he expands his knowledge in CAD and architectural visualization, his technical expertise ensures smooth project workflows and reliable solutions.
His passion for learning, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset make him a valuable asset to both colleagues and clients.
RENDERING SPECIALIST
Noah Carralero
Noah brings the drama to our images with an understanding of light, shade, and shadow in the rendered world. His extensive background working in animation has given new life to the complex task of adding depth, reflection, and touchable realism to an otherwise flat CAD image. Noah’s passion for improving the quality of our work with the ever-evolving technology of photorealistic imaging has keep CADberry on the front lines of this exciting frontier.
Noah recharges his energy by diving into his personal 3D character animation projects as well as writing a fantasy novel series that he one day hopes to develop into a independent animated series under his own studio.

Lauren Nelson
Lauren (she/they) is a kind and compassionate team player who keeps us organized and focused on delivering top quality materials in a timely manner. She professionally handles all account management needs with a sense of encouragement and a helpful attitude of appreciation. Lauren is also eager for the chance to use her administrative skills to ensure effective communication and brings a positive outlook to the daily interactions between our contractors and clients.
Having spent most of her life by the ocean, environmental conservation education is immensely important to Lauren. Like many of us here on the Central Coast, she believes in living life with empathy and determination. Her favorite quote sums up her perspective: "Life is too short to be unhappy."
